Stressssssssed!!!!!!!!

I'm feeling so stressed.

Just realised that Ofsted is coming either Wed, Thurs or Fri this week and my only mindee at the moment has cancelled for Fri so if Inspector hasn't been by 9.30 tomorrow I'm going to have to ring them and tell them he won't be there.

Frantically making sure my paperwork is up to date.

Started my NVQ this week too.

Hoping Ofsted come tomorrow and then at least it will be over with.

Think I'm going to have a breakdown any minute now.

Can't you call one of your ( easiest ) mindees and borrow them for the morning ?
It would be worth giving someone a free session to get the inspection over with.
