    Default MM paperwork

    hi all,

    i use the MM accounts papers,someone told me you can enter on their the cost of the childs meal ,(say £2 for tea) how and where do i put it.

    also same for my milage,do i just include it in with my childminding expenses.

    At the end of the day you can put any figure anywhere you want so long as it adds up right!!

    All the tax man is interested in is seeing that your expenses are real and relate to what you have spent.

    You can add a sheet every month with extra spends on it or you can write on the back of the MM sheet anything that is not included.

    i kinda thought that,someone told me the paperwork side is for my purpos only but if mr tax man needed to see then i just need to make sure it made sense,
