WOW! Apriciation!

I cant believe it but a parent has just come to pick up with a bottle of chamagne and a massive box of celebrations - for no reason other than just to let you know we really apriciate everything you do for us and we think youre amazing!!! I practically cried! So sweet and nice to be noticed!

Just wish everyone else understood what we do day in day out!

Also lovely to hear about some of the good things about parents as the majority of the stuff in theis forum doesn't shed a good light on them (which I find a bit scary being a pre-reg!)
