    Default environmental health visit

    COMING ON MONDAY !!!! I am not even minding yet either. Has anyone else had visits and if so what can i expect?? Someone say they take kick boards off and check under cupboards?? My kitchen is clean but,can't imagine how many mice they might find under there!! Oh well best clean out the fridge....ha! cx

    Firstly dont worry, i had mine last year and all she did was check my fridge temperature (you might want to get one from abay) check my cleaning schedule, and asked a few questions about my different chopping boards being used for different foods eg meat, etc

    I'm confused are we supposed to register with environmental health? I have done my food hygine course but am hearing mixed messages about this one.

    Yes we are supposed to register with environmental health, they send you a form to fill in and then put you in to a catorgry depending on whay food you give.
