Vomiting bug in my girl's class

Oh ******! My little one has her Nativity play tomorrow and was made 'Mary' as the other girl was off sick (winter vomiting bug). This evening my daughter has been sleeping on the sofa which is something she NEVER does unless she is feeling very grotty.
So what should I do? Wait and see, but what if she is sick just before drop off time? Do I just tell the parents on the doorstep? Won't they be annoyed that I did not tell them before?
Touch wood, she does not have the bug. But of course if she has I would have to close for 48hours as per my policy

At the moment she is not ill.

She's going to be more tired than usual it's the end of a long tough term.

I'd play the wait and see game just now... if she's ill in the night, there's not a lot you can do.

She was just tired! Did the play and she was great in it, looked so lovely as Mary, even managed to record it on video for my husband And mindee was as good as gold.
