pick up and drop off times

i have two different children on one day one leaves at 12 and other arrives on this day at 12 what do i do if say first mindee mum is late i will be over my number till she arrived

Personally I would leave a 30 minute gap between the first child leaving and the second child arriving to ensure you're not put in that situation. If the first child's parent is late collecting and your second child's parent is paying for care but unable to enter your home it could lead to a very strained relationship.

The 30 minute gap is a very good idea. Your other options would be to ask Ofsted for a variation for say one hour to cover the overlap, just in case or to ask mum number 2 to wait with her child until mum number 1 arrives to collect - that option could be difficult!

I would explain the situation to both mums and say if your early then you will have to stay with your child till the other mum comes. i would also contact ofsted for an extension
