In the guidance, page 6 -
What do I do when I have completed my self-evaluation form?
Once you have completed the form save a copy for yourself and then post it to:
EY SEF
Ofsted
National Business Unit
Royal Exchange Building
St Ann’s Square
Manchester M2 7LA
