Hiya all,
I want to get a mirror for my mindees and I'm no too keen on paying silly prices for the type nurseries use.
Would it be ok if I buy a regular mirror and put saftey film over it?

I wouldn't risk it - try looking on e-bay you might find some at more reasonable prices

How about using mirror on a roll? They sell it in Lidl for 99p (ish) for a roll.
Many thanks for your responses ladies

I got some plastic mirror tiles off ebay - it didnt work out that cheap though - I landed up spending about £26 and the are covered isnt that great. I stuck them to the wall in a long rectangle shape and they are worth every penny - the little ones love kissing themselves in it and the older will dance infront of it in their dressing up clothes. Cant recommned them enough for a playroom.
I bought mine from a toy shop that sells model railways as people buy the plastic mirrors for ponds etc.
I think for about an A4 size it was about £2.50.

What a good idea Cherry - I can go in an pretent to be a model railway geek
