    Default ?Sharing settings?

    Hello!

I'm getting confused with what i've read ... are children allowed to share settings yet? or only if it is absolutely necessary?

School and I are sharing children for wraparound care, and also days in nursery class, but trying to help another parent who has been told that their nursery can not offer all the days they need. I can't either, but i can offer the day that nursery can't!

    Thanks xxx

Sorry I don't really know....I am hoping that I will be able to do wrap around with the local school from September but still waiting for confirmation from the school what the procedures are going to be for drop off and collections because if it is going to involve lots of staggered times I don't think I will be able to do that.

    Thanks.

My school is allowing childminders ( AKA just me! ) to do drop off and collections. They have grouped all the children into 'family groups' so all children in that group go into school at 8.45 and are collected at 3.10pm for example, regardless of what class they are in. School have been great, and have put all 'my' children in the same group ... except, i've now got some new schoolies, who are at a different time ... I'm hoping that once term starts, they can do a bit of re-jigging, if not, i'll have a 20 minute wait one afternoon a week.

My local preschool is not sharing care, but a preschool in a nearby village is allowing shared care. I won't be actually be collecting from them, but child will come to me on a different day.
