    Default Registering as a business.

    Hi everyone,

I've recently got my setting up and running and was just a little curious. Have people registered themselves as sole traders, or limited companies, or just not bothered with it?
Is there an advantage to one over the other?
    Thanks very much!

You need to register as sole trader, it is free to do:
Set up as a sole trader - GOV.UK
It is a requirement for your tax etc.

Limited company is far too complicated for the average childminder.
