    GDPR... you need to be ready for the new law on 25th May - now is the time to prepare!

    1. Read the blogs - know what you need to do - GDPR

    2. Download and check out the updated free documents - use them to update your own paperwork - Free Childminder Paperwork - Childcare.co.uk

    Reading through these notes Sarah, about minimising data. I now wondering if stationary forms provided by pacey etc, will consider revising their forms as data such as addresses are on all forms at the moment. Very helpful information Sarah. Thanks once again and as it’s snowing here again I’m settling in for a paperwork day!!

    It's taken me quite a long time to update the Childcare.co.uk free childminder forms... to ensure they are gdpr compliant and to ensure the data minimisation requirement is covered.

    I think name and dob are important to link forms to the child ... but yes, as you say, duplicating address and other information is simply not necessary!

    Hopefully the companies that sell these documents will be on the ball and make sure they are available well before May 25th
