Default The 50 - 50 rule for childminders

The new 50 - 50 rule allows childminders to work from non-domestic premises on a single registration.

It has been shrouded in mystery and I have received a lot of questions about it over the last few months.

Never one to shy away from a challenge (!!) I went to the top and worked with Ofsted Childcare Registration to put together a FAQs blog for any providers who wish to register for this new service -

Childminders and the 50 / 50 rule - Independent Childminders

I hope you find it useful
