    Default replacement suitability letter

I cant believe my bad luck ! sorting through my paperwork for imminent inspection next week and the cat has puked on one of the suitability letters for an assistant. You cant read the name and address of them at the top. They were here at my previous inspection so they saw it then but that was two years plus ago. Does anyone know if I can get a replacement?

I do not even have one for my assistant. If it was sent from Ofsted then they have it on their files and there is no need for you to keep it. If you are concerned than just phone Ofsted and ask to be sent a replacement. But if your assistant is registered with Ofsted already then why do you need one?! I would not worry about it at all.

I couldn't find my letter of suitability for one of my sons (could find one but not the other).

I emailed Ofsted and asked them to confirm that he had been judged suitable, which they did. I printed off the email and have got that in my folder instead of a letter of suitability.
