Would i be ok to have 4 under 5 in these circumstances?

I normally have 3 pre-schoolers on a Monday (2, 3 & 4 yr old) but I've been asked to have another 4 year old (sibling of 2 yr old) as a one-off due to nursery closure. I look after him on another day and he'd only be with me school hours so within I wouldn't go over the 6 under 8 rule & quite happy I can manage all 4 but not sure this is considered an acceptable variation of numbers. Would I need to inform the other parents?

I would say yes as you still only have no more than 6 under 8 and it is only for a short specific time.
