    Thanks ladies. Asked another cm who said she was too unsure but im going to put no. There aren't any other options its just an are we or aren't we Q!

    is there not a section that refers to 'provision of childcare' as I can see this on my application form?

    If in doubt do ring the ICO...they are extremely helpful !

    on mine its just a single question?!

    Only reason I ask is due to the SEND Q I put on yesterday as all that relates to 'public authorities' and apparently we aren't one...going round in circles!!
