    Default baseline assessment help please

do you think this is sufficient to put at top of my baseline assessment?

This assessment is completed upon your child starting in my care I will usually complete this assessment within the first month. I will use my observations and the early years foundation stage to complete it, I will use each section to record what your child CAN DO. (It is important to remember that all children develop at different rates across the different areas)

It is fine but you don't need to put anything apart from Starting review or something - use parents all about me form, and your obs and do a review.....then mark it on a tracker where they are to start with...

I just call my first observations "Settling in sessions / starting points" and move on from there for next steps.
