    Default Gingerbread men recipe

Can anyone recommend me a dead EASY (and preferably quick!) gingerbread man recipe? All the ones I can find look like they take too long! Thank you :-) x

I use a basic recipe and add some ground ginger.

    1oz sugar
    2oz butter
    3oz flour

This makes a very small quantity. Scale up to make as much as you need.

Cream sugar and butter, add flour and ginger. Roll out and cut shapes. Bake for 10 mins ... more or less; depends how your oven cooks ! I think GM4/6 ... I use an aga so no idea!

Same here! We don't have time to do a lot of baking with nursery/school runs etc so I bought some from morrisons!
