    - the numbers on the scales are dropping but my muffin top is still bulging over my jeans!

    I just treated myself to a couple of pairs of high waisters. Muffin-top gone! (Well, tucked in anyway.)

    Weight watchers meals are only 75p each in Iceland. They are delicious. I have been having them for tea instead of a huge meal. Chicken curry is yummy
