Default GIving up day time care

I home educate my own children and have this term been using an assistant to help with the EYFS children in the day time, however she is leaving at Christmas and so I have made the decision to go to before and after school care only. (parents are all aware and all have care lined up)

What do I need to do in terms of Osfted?

I have all the paperwork for both childcare registers and assume I need to stay on both as I drop and collect reception children?

I'm also slightly worried that this means I'll have to have eyfs inspections and can only be graded as needs improvement because I have no children here until after school for them to see me working with. Is this true or can I have inspections on the after school care only?

Paperwork is all up to date, it's just what happens ofsted wise that concerns me...

As far as I'm aware, if you have an EYFS inspection without EYFS children present/on roll, you aren't downgraded - you have either 'met' or 'not met' the requirements rather than getting inadequate or needs improvement

They probably could inspect you after school, or during the school holidays.
