I'm just wondering if there is a 'minimum standards' in England as there is in wales or is it the same? I'm researching new jobs, Could anyone share any useful links please?

In England we have the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS 2014) which we have to meet as a 'minimum', it is the statutory framework. Is that what you mean?
