Default Weekend care request for 48 hrs continuous care.

A parent has asked if I will mind her two well behaved girls for a full weekend. I am registered for overnight care but just wanted advice on whether we are allowed to provide care for an uninterrupted period of time. The girls already stay overnight once a week so have stayed before. Also any ideas what ppl would charge for this would be helpful. my normal rate is £5 per hour for unsociable hours per child.

You can care for the children for a maximum of 28 days and nights uninterrupted after that it becomes foster care. So yes you can.

As for charges it's not something I would do.
What do you currently charge for over nights?
I think Sunday would be at least double time.

I had one of mine for a week. Charged normal rate during the day and then £50 overnight. this was during the week so I would definately charge more for the weekend day time
