    Hi guys!
    I hope your week is been nice, under the rain
    I would like to know from you all, if is that normal
    to a Childminder with 13 children per day to have
    6 members of the staff?
    Is not too much?

    If a childminder works with more than 2 staff at a time (3 in total) they are no longer a childminder - they are childcare on domestic premises -

    Ofsted | Register to provide childcare on domestic premises
