woohoo they want me

the parents that came to visit yesterday with their 15mth daughter have just e-mailed me to say they were very happy with what they saw and would love to use me

. She is a lovely little girl, very happy and my daughter loved her too, the parents were also lovely and its the first time they have used childcare.

Its 8hrs a week to start, to get her used to being with me, then the mum is getting a part time job and the hours will go up once she starts working. She told me she will be getting a job very soon.

I'll get her to sign a contract for 8hrs to start, having a months trial of course, then should I put a review date for 3 months incase she hasn't got a job by then, and it gives me the option to up the hours paid for to cover myself?? Im quite happy with just having 8hrs for the first couple of months to get me used to childminding (my 1st mindee a before/after schooler starts 11th aug), but after a couple of months I will need the extra cash, although I still have 1 other space if required.
