Hi all,
Just looking for abit of advice.

Had a parent visit today, first one in what feels like forever!

It seemed to go really well, there just not sure if they want a Childminder or a nursery for their LO yet. I really could do with the extra work at the moment so I was a little nervous and I forgot to mention a few things to them.

Was just wondering if I should send them an email saying thanks for coming and add in the extra couple of things I forgot about.

What do you guys think?

hello,

yes, I would send them an email, thanking them for visiting you and saying how nice it was to meet them and their LO and that you would be delighted to care for their LO. say they are welcome to come and visit you again if they like, and to ask anything they may have forgotten, or only just thought about. you could then say that you had been having such a nice chat you forgot to mention XYZ.
