    Default Stopping childcare vouchers

    I've a mindee finishing this week that uses edenred childcare vouchers - do I need to phone and let them know or is just the parents phoning enough??

    You don't need to do anything. Your account with edenred will remain so if you get another family starting who use them you can still use the same account. It's the parents responsibility to stop any payments and amend to the new childcarers details.
