    Default Updating policies

I have just made some minor changes to a couple of policies, should parents be given a new copy each time I update?
Should I then update a year later (providing there are no other changes) or keep to the last renewal date for example september 2013. Hope that makes sense.

I only update policies when I need to and then send parents by e-mail the amended policy and ask them to reply to acknowledge receipt.

If you change your policies you should definitely send a copy to parents.

I email for big changes and add a note in my newsletter for little ones - but I always tell them and ask for their comments
