I have cleaned mine using a hosepipe and bucket of hot soapy water and a stiff brush, takes a bit of elbow grease but do come up looking good but have only ever done that in summer on a weekend as can take a while to dry.

I use a bucket of soapy water and a long handled washing up brush which is great for reaching into the wheels. I then spray it off with a hose pipe and leave it to dry in the sun.

I cleaned one of mine after christmas, the same way as the other posts and then sprayed all the wheels and springs with WD40. Came up a treat

I washed mine with hot soapy water (think I used washing up liquid) and a stiff wire brush, removed everything that was removable and put those in the wash and scrubbed the rest of the buggy, then scrubbed with hot water to lose the soap, worked wonders on my mouldy buggy!

White wine vinegar gets rid of musty smells you get sometimes if you store it in a shed.

White vinegar and bicarbonate of soda! I use them to clean almost everything! They would work well on a buggy! Would need a good scrub and maybe some tea tree oil with them to stop it smelling like a chip shop after!
