Book recommendation please
My son has come home from school full of excitement abut 'information books' he had lots of why type questions that he wants answers to. Can anyone recommend a good kids question & answer, fact finder type book. He is 5 above average reader but it needs to be entertaining not dry plenty of pictures. Any recommendations? Ta

Have a look at the Book People website: you often get a set of books (Usbourne included) for a very discounted price -the sets then cover lots of areas rather than one big encyclopaedia type book. Usually quick delivery too.

My daughter has a great Children's Atlas by DK, it comes with an interactive CD Rom too.

Don't forget your local library, you can have a good look through before you bring them home to make sure they are what you are looking for
