Child care on Domestic Premises

Looking to register as child care on domestic premises, which I know is different from child minding on domestic premises. I know the space requirements and half of the staff have to have level 3, if I read right and talked with the LA regarding planning. Does anyone know what the ratio is? Is it the same as a childminder? I have found loads of info but can not find anything about the ratio. Thanks

I don't actually know but surely it's the same as childcare on non domestic premises, so like a nursery?
I know the two nurseries locally that ran from the owners homes used the normal nursery ratio's.
