I provide a hot meal in the evening so for lunch it is usually something quick and easy. Sandwiches and salad when the weather is warmer, now it is getting colder beans on toast, soup with bread or dumplings, scrambled eggs, cheese and ham toasties. For the really little ones I usually save a portion of last nights meal and they have that warmed up for lunch.

Crumpets, muffins, soup, scrambled eggs, beans or spaghetti on toast, pinwheel wraps, pitta bread, bagels, couscous 'sandcastles'! ( mindees love these, and can make them themselves ) Anything quick and easy is good in our house, I'm sure there is more but that is what I can think of off the top of my head!
