Help!!! Answer needed

Hi,

Please someone help.

I am doing some coursework on the childminding agencies and need to answer:

Description of how issue of public concern has affected service provision or methods of working in regards to the agencies.

Have no idea what this means so I must be dumb. I have already written re: how people in childcare feel about it etc...

I also need to know how childminding must be influenced by National factors such as codes of practice, legislation and government legislation?


Can anyone help with the questions above please?
