Just been speaking with Annie and she told me about ***** meal planner blanks, and I've just found it and it looks very good, so thanks Annie for that!

And while investigating their food pages further, I found a sample menu planner all filled in, and a 5 a day record chart to download and loads of recipes and makes.

i must be the only mum that hasn't actually looked at ***** before and i must say that there looks like there's loads of ideas and things that i will find very useful especially with the school hols coming up
