I've just collected a lovely little tykes one from ebay for £43.50, I had put aside up to £200 and really wanted a wooden one but sadly couldn't find one of any quality that would last my boisterous lot! This is the first playhouse I have had and the kids have been in and out of it all day! It is grey and blue so blends in with the garden better than most would have done. I would love a wooden one but I don't think the sheet flooring would last more than a couple of years.

That's sweet! I think I bought mine from that site last year. I got a dutch barn style one and the LO's love it.
