    You know you are appreciated when you invoice a family and they say 'sorry but that's not enough to pay for all you have done this month' and pay double what you've invoiced them.... £150 instead of £74 x

    Wow that really is appreciation

    One of my parents gave me £10 today as I was taking her daughter to a new park 9 miles away, she said 'to say thank you for doing that bit extra in the hols when I can't'... I thought that was nice but a bit sad too :-/
