first inspection

hi, just a quick question.....

my daughter has just registered as a childminder,the lady from prospect who done her pre-reg has just rang to say that before her first inspection ( which we know will be a joint one within 6 months) she will come to see her to make sure she is working along the right track.......has anyone else had this?? ive not heard of it before x

I haven't heard that- but surely that's a good thing? As can put things right and tighten up if need to before inspection

I had my first graded inspection in January, this year & this was never offered to me. I think it's a good idea tho!
