Default need some advice on fees please

I currently look after a child who is part time and term time only. He does 11hrs a week. Therefore I charge a small fee for the school holidays as mum wants him to be only term time so I need to keep his place open but I only charge £20 a week in holidays. In September he is increasing his hours to 22hrs so double the amount, should I then double the holiday fee to keep his place open?
    Thank you

Yes I charge half fee retainer so if the fees go up so does the retainer.
