I saw a great idea on here recently with a form for parents to update about childs likes dislikes, what their childs currently into etc
Can I find it now??? NO!!
Typical as I am trying to put something together myself as working in partnership with parents - anybody any idea where it in on the forum or have something similar they would possibly share??

mine is very simple
Mum and Dad have noticed:
I now enjoy doing these things
I can now do these things
These things make me angry/sad/happy
Mum and Dad's comments on my learning journey this termif you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got
