Newly Qualified RATIO HELP

Hi everyone

I am newly qualified and I need a little help. I have 2 children of my own 1yrs and 3yrs old.
I currently care for two boys age 4 and 6, both in full time school.

Question: can I take on a baby under 1, as both boys are in full time education and I only provide wrap round care?

You can have 3 under 5 / only 1 under 1.

If you have 2 of your own under 5 then you can have 1 more.

If your baby is over 1 then you can take on a baby under 1.

The school children are both classed as over 5 for the purposes of your ratios.

If the 4 year old is attending school on a full time basis and your own child is over the age of 12 months then yes you can.
