What kind of meals do you all offer, what do you do if a child doesn't like it? Do you make them a sandwich?

I do similar meals to those listed above - mostly meals that I can cook in the evening for my family and reheat for the mindees - someone once asked me if I give the mindees the left overs I replied that actually their meals get dished up first and often it is us who gets the "left overs". I am lucky in that most of my mindees started with me as babies - parents supply meals up to a year old and then I take over, so they are all used to my cooking!

I like to use a visual prompt of putting the puddings on the table while they are still eating main course - just helps them focus!

Couscous is a quick one. I usually do it with pre-bought chicken drumsticks and salad veg. Also gnocchi as a change is a quick one and they all seem to love it. I just add a home made sauce with hidden veg. x
