lol, guess there hasn't been a set date to which we will hear about it then?
Im currently on maternity leave and was holding out to take on 1 full-timer but am also wondering if the decision isn't too far away, waiting to see what the changes will be as I had my last inspection in January 2010 so due another any time from when I return.

Nothing but hot air and rhetoric at the moment - I imagine they will want any changes in place by Sept to tie in with agencies that are piloting - but that's just my supposition.
