    Red face Questionnaires

Hello, Does anyone know of a good questionnaire to give to parents to help with professional development?
Ofsted are coming soon and wanted to have some parents opinions for my SEF.

    Thanks in advance

It is best if it is personal to you- only you know what aspects of your setting and service you want feedback on- think through areas you feel maybe do not go well and you would like ideas on from parents- drop off/pick up times? How you communicate with them- diaries, journals? What about the meals you offer, or do you not offer meals, or would they like you to offer meals? You might want to ask about the things you do like day trips and outings- do they like what you do or have suggestions for things they know their children would like? You can check they are happy with the way you invoice and inform them of your holidays maybe, and it is useful to allow a space for them to write general comments. For any new parents you can ask about how their settling in time was, if they have any suggestions for improvements... etc etc.
