Inspection done-phew

Just had another inspection, although I can't tell any one the outcome for two weeks, I've jumped to the top level and now very very very happy

it's taken a lot of hard work and great ideas from here but I've done it x

The inspector was lovely, very relaxed and happy, she glanced through my polices asked a few questions about safeguarding, I found if I volunteered the info before she asked it gave me lots of browny points, she liked how I did my starting points and communication with parents, but she personally said what made it special was the little one I had today had only been here five days and she could already see how relaxed she was and how well she had bonded with me, she also said it was the first outstanding she'd given since the revised eyfs.
