So angry with LA re 15 hours funding

End august I had an enquiry for 15 hours funded 3 year old place but mum wanted it over two days. I chech with LA and was told that it was only pilot areas this academic year and our was not one of them. Told parent who then told me that a nursery said yes she could have it over 2 days. I called LA again who tild me no not over 2 days and if a nursery did so and they found out they would ask for some of the funding money back. I lost out on that contract. Three weeks ago there was a consultation with LA over 2,3 amd 4 year old funding which I attended and again I mentioned the 2 day option and was told again over 3 days. Last Tuesday the 2nd October we have all received new terms and conditions in relation to the funding for this academic year and guess what they have now included funding over 2 days!!!! I am so angry they have sent out this paperwork 5 weeks into the new academic year and I have lost out on a contract.
