Yep, it's no different to her having a sick day
I would charge full fee
I love my friends who live inside my laptop xx
It would be full fee here
Love Amanda
I would charge full fees, that is what I put in my contracts if holidays are taken out of school time then full fess, but if in school holidays I only charge half fees. Thats only for term time only contracts.

Lorraine xx
Full fees here too.
I'd charge full fee too.
Might need to check your contract and revise it if necessary.
Gosh, it's no wonder our contracts, policies, T&Cs get so big, when we have to cover every little eventually and define what we mean by "holiday." Phew!
I have a TTO family and Mum works in a different county. SO we have half term 22nd Oct, hers is the week after.
I have swapped her week but if she was to have time off in the year I would charge
Time Out.. The perfect time for thinking about what you're going to destroy next.
I would charge full as well and I also have in contract that should they wish to end contract the 4 weeks notice does not include school holidays as the contract is term time only. I had this as an issue when in August and after schoolie parent sent me a text message ending a contract in August and I did get her to pay up after explaining that I had lost out on possible after school children who were starting reception especially as she completed paperwork with after school club in the July as child had aleardy told me he was leaving when the school broke up.

Children are born with wings we help them to fly.
Yep i would charge her full as well
we dont stop playing because we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing
me too full fee. i take my hols in the school holidays and contracts that are term time only are charged full fee throughout the term no matter what (unless i am closed due to illness of course)....
Am I the only one wondering what your title means?
Haha yes it sent before I'd finished the title!!
This is tricky as she only pays what she gets as shes a peripatetic music teacher so we did an open ended contract that specified no school holiday fee but didn't mention term time holiday! I think I'll charge her half fee to hold the place. Thanks for your advice.
