Ok im not registered with them. Been on their site and find it quite confusing and not sure where to start?! Do we have to pay?

You need to call them, they will go through details on the phone, fill in the draft copy and post it to you. We pay £35 annually to be registered. You will need an information security policy to send them too. If anyone wants any help with this. Message me my dh works in informations security and has written mine for me

Send me your email I will forward it to you Hun. Be prepared its very in depth and prob far more then we need but if my dh can't write a data security policy no one can. He wrote the national policy for the ICO when he worked for Department of Health.
