    Default child's questionaires please help

    I have just sat down to write up a childs Questionaire and all i can think of is 1 Do you like coming to my setting and
    2 is there any toys you would like me to add
    3 is there any outings you would like me to take you on..
    the trouble is i will get answers such as yes a playstation, xbox, .. take me go karting, take me on holiday!!
    i dont supply food so can't ask that one
    can anyone suggest a couple of things please....brain frazzled

    just looked at my last parent questionnaire and i also have:

    are you happy with the way we manage your child's behaviour together

    are you happy with how we communicate/i keep you up to date with progress

    If you go on Ofsted's website there is a twenty questions for children sheet - I used this a s a basis for a child's questionnaire
