Default What laws etc are currently in force that relate to safeguarding?

    Hi,

as you can probably tell, I am updating my safeguarding policy and yes, my husband does work weekend nights or I wouldn't be doing this right now!!

Please could anyone round up the current policies and laws that apply to safeguarding for me so I can refer to them in my policy?

    Thanks, Jen x

Having a glass of wine or 2 and a lovely meal with my forum friends

Have a nosey through the new Eyfs jen there are a few laws mentioned that you could talk about (control and 'f' key and search for act).

Does your LA have a model safeguarding policy? You might be able to crib something from that too.
