Summer house/ play room up for sale

Hi,

I have a summer house/playroom up for sale. 3mx5m in size. very good quality, bought from Dunster house for £4000 without installation. Insulated so can be used come summer or winter and double glazed with reinforced glass. Everything inside included, even the self unit bought from ikea for £200. And all toys.

so a decent bargain to be had here. Just make me an offer. It will give you extra space for activities and storage. Only had it up since April 2013, but we are moving abroad and giving up childminding, so everything i have will have to go. PM me and i'll give you my number for a chat. Needs to go ASAP, as i will be advertising it else where.

I live in Reading and have many items up for sale including a new panasonic 3D tv, as new fridge (3 months old) bought for £680 from currys. Will list everything i have, just let me know what you might be interested in. Nest of glass tables, which are reinforced glass, so safe for children. A near new samsung microwave/oven/grill.

My back garden is so small my husband would probably notice if a summer house went up!!

Hi Sophie how soon do u need summer house gone, I am really interested but would not be able to collect until the last week of January. And do u thing it would fit in VW 7 seater car with 3 children in. Thanks claire
