I have asked da boss and she has said its ok for me to put this on the forum



I have created 3 sheets based on EYFS 2012.

An observation form for Pogo pictures, space to write what the child has done and then areas to tick how it links to the EYFS


An assessment form, for you to tie your observations together, with space for next steps

A planning form - which you could put next steps and interests in...



cost is £1 per sheet or buy all three for £2

I have just had a question about the observation sheet.

The pogo pictures will fit both portrait and landscape. Just printed one off and checked with my pogo paper to double check

Just like to say 'thanks very much for these fab ob sheets', I love the fact that it fits the pogo photos well'

If anyone was not sure then you won;t be dissapointed for the bargain price of £2 for all 3 (this is what I purchased)

I use these now (but with the current eyfs) everything can be linked back to the eyfs

errmmm I have no idea! I use the wallet print which selects from my computer when printing

I am guessing that 'wallet print' may be 1inch by 2inch? like passport photo size???

or are they about 2 inch by 3 inch?
is that about right or are they bigger??
