    Default Fees for funding hours

Hi everyone, I need some advice with working out fees.

If I want to have parents pay the same each month I understand to work out the weeks fee x 52 weeks, divide by 12months. However, how would I work this out for a child using the 15 hours funding. The price for term time is different for the price for holidays and as you know, these weeks will not be whole weeks. E.g. 1st September is a PD day so this would be holiday price, yet the rest of the week is term time price? I'm confused.

Would I work out the term time price x39 weeks and the holiday price x13 weeks, then add together and divide by 12 months?

I work out the 52 weeks and then when funded hours on given I give a credit for wraparound care for the relevant month
    otherwise it becomes too complicated

Its already complicated as they will use the funded hours at a preschool. But I will be picking up and dropping off. We have come to an agreement of price through hols and a price through term time. ><

Sorry I thought you had the child funded. Just take whatever you have agreed and multiply it by the weeks of that rate (you will need to do this once for holidays and once for term time) add them together and divide by 52 or 12. If then you have the child more than you have calculated you would add this to the relevant months invoice
